You meet with a trained counsellor to explore difficult feelings, problems, or life changes in a safe, non-judgmental space, helping you gain new perspectives, develop coping strategies, and work towards personal growth or resolving issues. It's a collaborative process to understand thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, not a place for quick advice, focusing on empowering you to find your own solutions for better well-being. You can choose the duration of the meeting based on your need.
Cancellation Policy
Broneeringu tühistamiseks või muutmiseks palun anna sellest vähemalt 24 tundi enne kohtumist teada. Hilisemal tühistamisel tuleb tasuda 50% teenuse tasust. To cancel or change a reservation, please let me know at least 24 hours before the appointment. In case of later cancellation, 50% of the service fee must be paid.
