The Holistic Four-Session Programme is designed for those who are ready to create deeper and more lasting change in their lives. Rather than focusing on a single issue, it offers the opportunity to explore different aspects of yourself through a series of connected sessions that gently support meaningful and sustainable transformation. You may choose to book all four sessions in advance or begin with one session and schedule the remaining meetings as we go. Together, we will find a pace and schedule that best supports your life, your needs, and the process itself. Programme fee: €660 Each appointment is reserved for up to three hours. The therapeutic part of the session typically lasts between 1.5 and 2.5 hours, depending on your individual needs. Over the course of the programme, we meet four times, with up to twelve hours of dedicated work together. If you decide to begin the Holistic Four-Session Programme, I encourage you to consciously create space for yourself during this period. Whenever possible, avoid rushing from one commitment to another and allow yourself time to rest, reflect, and integrate what emerges. This will help you receive the greatest benefit from the process. Therapy sessions can sometimes be emotionally demanding. They may bring forward memories, emotions, or long-held patterns that are ready to be understood and released. Giving yourself permission to slow down, rest, and care for yourself between sessions is an important part of the journey. Deep and lasting change takes time. As the process unfolds, many people discover a greater sense of clarity, inner balance, and freedom. Life often begins to feel lighter, more meaningful, and more fully their own.
