Group sharing and meditation circle

Service description

The group sharing and meditation circle is a supportive and safe space where you can slow down, come into contact with yourself, and be heard and held within the supportive presence of the group. The circle combines guided meditation, mindfulness practices, and optional sharing. This is a space where nothing needs to be “fixed” or solved — simply being present is enough. Sharing happens at your own pace and only as much as feels comfortable for you. Everything shared in the circle is confidential, and every participant is welcome exactly as they are. The circle supports: - inner calming and nervous system regulation; - more conscious connection with the body and emotions; - a sense of belonging and connection; - self-expression in a safe environment. The circle is suitable both for those who wish to deepen their meditation practice and for those seeking a calm and supportive group experience within everyday life. No previous experience is required. How the circle works: The group size may vary — sometimes we work in a smaller, more intimate group (4–6 participants), at other times in a larger circle (10–15 participants). Each meeting includes guided meditation, moments of silence, and an opportunity to share your experience. The circle is held in a professional and mindful way, respecting each participant’s boundaries and needs. The circle can be booked for your own group — friends, family, or a work team. You’re also very welcome to join on your own and step into a shared, held space where natural connection can arise and where both new and familiar faces can meet.
