Time for Integration

Service description

Sometimes the greatest gift is simply having someone who is truly present. Someone who listens, holds space, and helps you notice what is asking to be seen, understood, and integrated. Often, the deepest transformation doesn't happen during the journey itself. It unfolds afterwards, as your experiences, insights, and emotions gradually find their place in everyday life. Sometimes you don't need another journey or more answers. What you need is time, gentle support, and a space where what has already opened within you can continue to unfold. At times, a single conversation is enough for new understanding to settle, clarity to return, and the next steps to become visible. Integration session is created exclusively for those who have previously joined one of our deeper journeys. Because we already know each other, we can begin exactly where you are today and gently focus on what is asking for your attention now. This is a supportive, confidential space where you are welcome to bring your questions, insights, joys, or challenges. Together we explore what began to move within you during our shared work, how it is showing up in your life today, and what may need attention, understanding, or support as you continue your path. You can choose to meet with Terje, Ivar, or both of us together. Sessions are available online, and if you prefer, we are also happy to meet in person. For face-to-face meetings, an additional €25 is added to the session fee. You are warmly welcome.
