Ivar and I are on the "wave" of presence, having just come from Eckhart Tolle's retreat in Canada, and inspired both by this and by the half-year practice in Tenerife, we want to share all of this with you.

About
We invite you to experience the beauty, depth, simplicity and sincerity of presence, to meditate together with the Teachers, to look deeper into yourself on Thursday 8 June in Pärnumaa. We share, we experience, we let the wonderful music carry us, we open a supportive healing space where both joys and concerns can come to the surface. We allow ourselves to be filled with a new, clearer being, to rest from everyday tasks and the whirlwind of thoughts, and to enjoy each other's presence and co-creation.
We will start around 9 o'clock in the evening, please arrive at least an hour earlier in order to arrive calmly and settle in comfortably, thank you! Together we will sit until the morning light. The maximum number of participants is 15. The teepee with a summer atmosphere keeps the space clean and safe.
Dress comfortably for the weather, which allows you to sit as well as lie down. If possible, in light colours.
Bring with you:
- a mat or mattress to sit or lie on in nature
- a blanket or blanket and pillow to feel as comfortable as possible
- your water bottle
- music making tools if you want to create or share
There are insects in the countryside (ticks, mosquitoes), so take that into account. Not that they are there in swarms and hordes, but it is certainly a place where you can meet them.
We begin and end our meditations with a sharing circle. If possible, keep the next day free and unscheduled.
